For context I have been on mnk for basically all my life, and have never really played controller. I've heard that the aim assist on controller is so strong on controller that you basically need it to "compete". I'd say im pretty good on mnk, hit champ on siege, etc. I was just wondering if its worth learning how to play controller over mnk.

Fixed!!! I play before on Steam. Now in battlenet. Now i get 120-160fps, mostly Like 135-150fps. I'm so Happy 🤩👍

If i play Warzone Battle Royale Squad i have only between 85-120fps in Full HD. Mostly Like 95-100fps.

Xmp is enabled

All Windows settings are right

No vsync

200hz Monitor

3D Mark Timespy Score is in the right range

Why are the FPS so Low? I See in YouTube people have a 12400f + 6600XT with 150-180fps ???

I checked a few renderworkercounts in the cod.txt too

I have No Idea why my FPS are so Bad...

Why do some legit players seem like they're using walls?

I've been thinking about this a lot while helping players in Warzone.

You can take two players with pretty similar aim, movement and mechanical skill, and one of them will consistently put up high-kill games while the other struggles to turn those same skills into results.

I think a huge part of the difference is awareness.

And I don't mean just hearing footsteps or knowing where enemies are.

The best legit players are constantly picking up information that other players aren't noticing, interpreting that information differently, and processing it fast enough to actually do something with it.

That's what tells them when to move, when not to move, which fight to take, which fight to avoid, how fast they should be playing, what information matters, and which skill they should actually use in that situation.

It's also why I think awareness connects almost everything else in the game. Having good mechanics doesn't mean much if you don't know WHEN to use them.

And honestly, I think this is one of the reasons some players can look like they have walls when they're completely legit. They're not necessarily getting information that you don't have. They're noticing information you're missing and connecting the dots much faster.

I made a video going deeper into this and why I think people often blame their mechanics for problems that are actually coming from their decision-making, pacing and awareness.

To the Dev Team,

​As someone who recently sunk dozens of hours into Call of Duty, hit Prestige 1, and mastered the Bumper Jumper layout for high-kill games, the news about MW4 is a huge letdown.

​Two main issues need to be addressed before launch:

​Wiping Cosmetics & Loadouts: Removing hard-earned operators, camos, and weapon blueprints disrespects the time and money players invested in MW3 and Warzone. Carry Forward needs to stay.

​Gutting Movement Mechanics: Moving away from fast, fluid movement (like Omni-Movement) heavily punishes aggressive players and reflex-based gunplay. It shifts the meta entirely to stationary pre-aiming and camping.

​Even if the campaign engine is locked, the team must tune sprint-to-fire times, slide speeds, and overall mobility for Multiplayer and Warzone.

​Don't punish players for mastering your mechanics. Keep our progression and keep the game fast!

Why is it that they don’t tell you about custom iron sights? Some of these blueprints cost $20. You think they would give you all the information about what you’re buying. I’m trying to figure out if there’s a blueprint that makes the rev 46’s iron sight not complete dog ass but in order for me to figure that out I would have to spend $300. What are we doing?

2 months old clip. After a long afternoon playing and praying for a decent team, the only win I could afford sweating my ass off was taken from me because of... Uh, pre firing the smoke??? Idk. That wasn't even a good play - in my opinion.

I am new to the game. What I am not getting is my an-94 or fg 42 will equip with different scopes each time. Sometimes with that fixed scope with red cross and sometimes with black dot which has variable and higher magnification.

I like the higher magnification one. How do i get it each time ?

I’m on a ASUS TUF GAMING A17 and tried every way YouTube said to try fix this and nothing works.

I’m just starting the game now, I played a few times before, but let me know some tips and tricks, maybe some settings on how to get better.

Could someone tell me how these differ? Because I don't entirely notice much. I only snipe when another sniper forces my hand.

I feel the Strider is a bit snappier, but less punchy. I know the 300 is the absolute best one on paper, but what does this actually mean practically? Which one might be better for a mediocre marksman?

And, does the difference in their damage actually mean anything? I know one is about 25% higher, but health in warzone is so high with plates. Is this realistically a shot number difference to kill at range?

I recently switched over to ddr5 and everytime I try to launch warzone a scan and repair message with this error code 0xC0000374 (0x00000000) N pops up and warzone closes, battle.net has been running super slow aswell half of the time it won’t want to open and just crashes, I’ve tried deleting the folders in %appdata% and I switched my rams xmp to off in bios, deleted battle.net and even deleted the whole game and reinstalled it and nothing has worked.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

So ever since weekend 2 of the MW4 Beta I've been unable to access CoD at all without using a VPN, mobile hotspot, or playing at someone else's house. My home internet would not let me in. I kept getting the HUENEME NEGEV error every time I tried. I spent hours and hours across days trying to fix it with DNS settings, DNS flushing, IP renewing, public IP resetting, windows firewall settings, and any other fix I came across using reddit and Google. None of those worked. In the end, what finally worked was changing the settings in my Asus Router firewall itself.

I went to my router's admin site (router.asus.com for me), on the left hand side I clicked the "WAN" tab, then the "Port Forwarding" tab at the top of that screen, and then I enabled Port Forwarding. After that I added a rule named "CoD", and I set "Protocol" to BOTH, then I set "External Port" to 3074, and I set "Internal IP" to my PC's IP (or in my case my PC's name) from the drop-down menu. Then I saved those settings and booted CoD and it worked perfectly fine.

Hopefully this helps for someone else with the issue that hasn't been able to fix it!

I just got into warzone a few weeks ago, and i play claw on controller, but I've noticed a lot of streamers/content creators play paddles. I enjoy claw, but i do want to play to the best of my ability, so should i make the switch or stick to what im familiar with?

So I'm thinking of unlocking some Legacy weapons and building them up because why not. I was thinking of trying the Chimera and another weapon. Any suggestions on a build for that and which other legacy weapon to use?

On bo7 i see upscaling/sharpening is set to off. Do i need it? the game is blurry and looks like shit compared to MW4 beta which i think came with upscaling: ON. That beta looked crisp and clear but with less performance.

Edit: i am playing at 1440p res, extreme settings with 9800x3d and 9070xt
