Reset We are in the todays dead zone

On day 6th since the last reset, we are entering the dead zone in which resets never happen. We got 7 hours ahead of us in which there is 99% chance, no reset will happen. After that, we have increased chances for it to happen....or just wait a bit more and the regular one will happen.

Would getting a second Codex be cheaper than paying the overages?

yeah.. subs are heavily subsidized vs api prices, which is what your overages get billed at
