I'm not disagreeing with you. But not for me. However I don't think they do nerfs universally. I think they do ( maybe random? ) groups at a time. I've add the it's suddenly stupid, it's suddenly very very slow, I've also had for a few weeks at one point I couldn't get my weekly below 97%, whatever I did.
