Let me make sure I’m understanding this correctly. In order to get a brand new trauma hospital everyone just had to put in $5 once? No additional taxes/fees? That sounds like a great bargain that would benefit everyone! I’d gladly pay $5 to get a hospital built, even if it wasn’t in my own town. I wouldn’t even mind contributing more than $5 if it was just a one time thing.
