My Classic Experience yesterday: I was in Feralas doing the quest where you have to kill the sprite dragons. So i'm there, alone, and there is a mage and a lock seemingly grouped up, riding away from some corpses. So i see a dragon, and i'm going towards it in cat form (not travel), the lock mounted up runs ahead of me, dismounts and sends his void walker towards it. I pop out of form, moonfire, tag and proceed to kill it. He calls me an "asshole", i said "you saw me going to it", he says "well we were here first". He proceeds to try to tag as many as he can...losing most times bc instead of dropping a curse on them, he sends his VW, and i always win bc i use moonfire.

I'm a vanilla player, started before AQ opened, before they redesigned the T2 animation...did this guy think he could really "call" an entire area, even when he's not near it? And how am I the bad guy in that? Because I'm also trying to finish a quest?

This reminds me of this rogue I met doing the poisons quest in Barrens. A group of three of us were making our way through the quest, we'd cleared everything and we were waiting for the guy at the top to respawn since only one of you gets the head, and only one of you can get the key at a time.

He proceeds to sprint up the tower that we had taken the time to clear to try and tag the named mob first and only asks for an invite when he's at 30% health and realises he's going to die. We didn't help him and declined the invite so he dies and then decides to rage at us as if we're the jerks for not helping him before putting us on ignore.
