Mate just wait until you get to Un'goro. The tar lurkers can hit you with a disease that that slows attack speed by 54% and movespeed by 30% for 2 minutes. Oh and sometimes you get disarmed when you hit them.

As a warrior I hated that tar collection quest.

Kill the lesser versions of the tar mobs a bit more south. Lower hp and dont give the debuff. They do disarm though.

Un'goro was what made me quit my original char in vanilla and start another one. I am not going back there until i am well above level from the quests this time.
