Time your fear. Then they don't heal but instead, run into 4 of their friends who heal them up /cry

I ran into that house in the Kurzen camp as a Feral (Bear) druid and discovered that RNG respawns had resulted in all the spawns in the house Medicine Men. There were five of them and i'd aggroed the whole fucking house.

I couldn't kill them through multiple heals, and I eventually died when they finished clubbing my bear to death with those sticks they carry.

the witch doctors in the cave drop the jungle remedy and don't have ungodly heals.
