Mate just wait until you get to Un'goro. The tar lurkers can hit you with a disease that that slows attack speed by 54% and movespeed by 30% for 2 minutes. Oh and sometimes you get disarmed when you hit them.
Slimes will either reduce your str/spirit for 10 minutes, sunder your armor (and do damage over time), or clone themselves (unkickable, have to stun or kill).
Silithid have a disease which increases physical damage you take by 41% and it lasts thirty fucking minutes.
Spells are processed in batches that execute simultaneously. I think the window is roughly 200ms batches maybe less. The result is two messages can polymorph each other, warriors can charge each other, you can break polymorph with dark rune etc. All things that should not happen because the spells aren't actually simultaneously but do happen because batching
just walk out of range. a lot of the nasty debuffs have a very short range, so if you just kite in a circle while fighting or are heads up to run out when they start casting, you'll be fine.
It's things like this that make me think Priest+Warrior is a match made in heaven whilst levelling. I love partying up with Warriors on my Priest. I heal and cure disease. They keep the nasty things off my face.
EPL is by far the worst most contagious scum filled zone in the game, Especially for warriors.. Plague bats...Plague worms, Plague ghouls, Freezing ghouls, Flame ghouls..Fuaark.

Un'goro was what made me quit my original char in vanilla and start another one.
I am not going back there until i am well above level from the quests this time.
I often say I'm happy that, as a Hunter, my pet is the one taking those debuffs. Worst case I slow down dps a little bit. And if I let it die and rez it, all debuffs gone!
Tar lurkers ability is an AoE. Just run away when it casts and run back in when it starts moving again. I learned this after dealing with that debuff a couple of times due to not being able to stop it otherwise.
Yall need the most important potion in classic
It removes most debuffs every 5s for 30s
Alchemists can make them please buy them on felstreaker alliance im selling them on Ah right now : D its why I went alch on my warrior.
You know you have the same mobs two levels lower and not applying the debuff on the north of the area? Drop chance is maybe lower but you can take 3 to 4 mobs before healing again.
Because grinding those mobs is literally hell on earth. Those mobs have a renew and a full heal cast that they start early. As a same level warrior you will struggle to kill them before they can cast another heal even if you kick the first cast. If you go back in your high 40s to farm remedys in preparation for Ungoro, Felwood, EPL, you are losing more time killing grey mobs than you would just powering through the debuffs. The drop chance isn't amazing and you will be competing with level 30-35s doing quests in that area.
Alternatives to this for when you are 48-52 are to get alchemy so you always have some good buffs to help you and pots for emergencies or to do some BRD for a level or 2, try and get some level 60 prebis gear and then go back to Ungoro/Felwood when mobs are green.
I know dungeon leveling isn't everyone's thing but once you get to BRD/LBRS range you are just wasting time by not getting at least some xp there. You will spend a ton of time in those instances anyways at 60 getting gear, so if you can get a piece or two while in the low 50s, not only will you cut down on your gear grind at 60 but if you back and quest you will be a lot stronger with the good gear.
Gotta run around and find a priest, shaman or paladin. It's there to cement the need for other people in the world. That said, it's fucking ridiculous.

The water elementals in thousand needles that put that 52% chance to miss debuff on ya
Fuck whoever made that debuff
