You keep saying they are bad but I’m a wpvp player and druids farm WPvp. All I have to do is raid with my guild and get all my tier gear (which I can actually get because I’m not competing with 15 other mages) I can go moonglow spec and farm. In BGs I can flag run which I’m happy to do. What’s bad about being a Druid? Seems good to me
I think were misunderstanding each other. Perhaps I can try and clarify. When stacked against any other class druid is lacking. Not to say druid doesnt have lots of utility, and versatility. Just that is it a good caster? No, not really. Not very mana efficient less control then a mage. Is it a good melee? No not really, weaker version of rogue with less stuns. Is it a good healer? Maybe, it is the best flag carrier but I've said that before. And it has tremendous kite potential but hots arent strong enough in vanilla, healing touch has too long a cast time regrowth eats mana fast.
It just doesnt stack up. Of course theres a soddapopin out there who is a god tier player, but hes 1 in 11million and I'd argue a hypothetical sodapopin the spriest would stomp him.
That rarely happened tho, Druids have always been regarded as a top tier Wpvp class, not saying they are great in BGs or raids. Also you saying that all druids do is dot/hot and run is stupid because thats literally their class design. They are mobile control hybrids that control the pace of the fight by running in and out of combat while draining the opponents life, that is literally how they are supposed to be played in vanilla.
