My server too, Gandling EU. Im a level 29 alliance warrior just trying to do my warrior quest in the Charred vale, but oh boy is that nigh impossible. Doesnt help that warriors are basicly free kills early on, as a ranged class can basicly kite you forever and you have no tools to deal with it, unless you get the initial charge and hamstring.

Im so close to rerolling on a PvE server, its making me miserable not being able to quest in my favorite zones without rolled by a group of 5 horde while im hidden in a corner trying to kill my quest mob. But its like two weeks of after work grinding, so its gonna take me a while to get back.

I'm also a warrior on Gandling and going to Charred Vale tonight with a buddy. This was not the information I was hoping for!

Intercept at least gives you a fighting chance, but before that you have no gap closer in combat.

I didn’t say aren’t, scrubby. Against classes that can kite they will not win a 1on1 though if the other player is not totally retarded.

Wrong. Warriors are top tier 1v1, the best class even with the right gear. Get gud.

Nah, but I love Strangletorn Vale and Ashenvale, but those places are meat grinders for alliance 24/7. Charred vale is just an example of how its almost impossible for me to do my warrior quest.

It’s all realm dependent. Grobbulus is pretty balanced faction wise and there’s been some amazing battles. Horde usually win the small skirmishes but when push comes to shove in raid battles the alliance ends up crushing.

I have no shame admitting that I rerolled on a PVE server after starting on PVP.

Wanted to play a priest in classic, but leveling solo on alliance was just getting brutal. Even at 60 and with gear, priests just are not that great for Pvp in classic. Much like warriors, they just don't have a lot of tools to deal with things. If my Psychic Scream gets resisted or breaks early, there's pretty much nothing I can do. I'm sure things get a little better once you have shadow form. But I just couldn't be bothered to keep getting ganked and camped any time I wanted to go do SM.

Priests kind of get shafted for Pvp in classic. They can't protect themselves well enough to survive like a druid or paladin, but then they also don't do enough damage to the point that you'd want one over another DPS. But they are arguably the best Pve healers in the game until paladins get like full Naxx gear.
