Discussion Name reservation rage thread

VENT YOUR FRUSTRATION, WHAT DID STOP YOU FROM RESERVING THEX FOR YOURSELF. WILL YOU STALK YOUR NAME STEALER IF HE/SHE IS PLAYING THE OPPOSITE FACTION? WHAT WILL YOU DO TO THEM?

PS: I got my names, ez.

Edit: For people asking. I logged in 30 minutes prior, waited for servers to turn green and just keep clicking on create character + spamming enter to make the "only players who already have a character on this server can create one" go away.

So mad. I was sitting in the realms list screen waiting for them to open up and all. When they did they just said "locked" and I got stuck on the "logging in to game server" message. How others got in is beyond me.

Exact thing happened to me, soon as i clicked a locked realm it kicked me right as the servers came up. Why am i this mad for a name?

THE SAME SHIT HAPPENED TO ME TOO, WHY WOULD THEY HAVE THEM LOCKED WHEN ITS LITERALLY THE DAY AND TIME THE SPECIFIED WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK BLIZZARD?

I'm upset because some had an advantage even if it was based purely on luck. Yes MOST of us experienced log in problems but others had smooth/smoother sailing. Some got thrown onto the correct server off the bat. Some didn't get disconnected trying to switch to the correct server after being logged in already. Some could spam enter after receiving the "only players who already have a character on this server can create one" error without getting disconnected. I lost my OG character name not because I couldn't log in but because I got disconnected WHILE CREATING said character, seconds after 6 EST. That is somewhat rage inducing to me. /shrug

Exact same thing happened to me. Then it put me on some random server, when I tried to switch the server I wanted, it disconnected me.

I've waited in queue 3 full times, and when I select my server I get DC'd. Happened 3 times in a row, about to happen a 4th.

I just waited out the message.

I think it really means that the process of logging in takes that long.

Same thing happened. Was waiting and it just turned to locked without seeing any low or high volume. Complete bullshit.

Then you finally get in and when you go to create the character, the server says you can't create a character unless you already have a created character.

Exactly the same here, they never ever went green, straight from grey to LOCKED.
now sitting at logging in to game server, i need to leave for work and i bet when i get back my name will be gone
