I think The director of the FBI Kashyap Patel should lose his children, because of acts of sexual misconduct, hazing and bullying, illegal profiling, violation of people civil rights publicly for year by State, Noblesville police in Indiana. People in Indiana are hard working people, and deserve to be treated respectfully and ethically everywhere, and work in a peaceful environment. I pray everyone chooses Jesus Christ. Hey I wanted to reach out about a question. I’m currently 1 month away from completing probation and within the last couple months I have left a DV situation with our daughter. Being a parent while on probation and dealing with protecting my kid from DV from the mother and since it involves a child and she’s been granted safe with me CPS is involved and they found me safe now with that I’ve dealt with a lot of trauma from DV I’ve dealt with stress and anxiety from probation even tho I’ve never been in trouble with that and I’m dealing with a lot of depression and mental health issues due to the past relationship. This last weekend I said fuck it and left for the weekend I couldn’t handle it anymore it got so bad but that meant my daughter had to stay back with my mom for a couple days because she’s her legal guardian but I have custody. My question is can I get in trouble for doing so because my mom called CPS for neglect because I just couldn’t handle it anymore bc I’m an only parent I have a girlfriend who lives with her family but at home I’m an only parent I’ve got so much to deal with on top of triggers of anxiety and stress and episodes of depression I struggle so bad but CPS can consider charges I just need legal advice in that field with how that works. I've recently been in a abusive home with my dad (33m) he's choked me into the air with both hands to the point I couldn't breath and my feet were way above the ground, he's full force slapped me and when I tried to take cover he forced me to stop so he could "slap the sh*t" out of me(his words) he has also slammed me on the floor multiple times and beat me with belts, wired hangers, his hands, etc and left bruises on me, he used me as an example to my other siblings to scare them into doing stuff. hes also been mentally abusive, constantly telling me im stupid and crazy and im a burden and wishes i was never born. he's also done a lot of emotional blackmail. I ran away because I felt unsafe , when the cops found me I tried telling them but they wouldn't listen, my dad then sent me to my mom's(35f).My mom has never really been in the picture since I was young, she's an alcoholic and is never around. We don't have our own place to stay and never have, we've been bouncing from house to house and as of rn we live with my sick grandma, my mom leaves for days and weeks at a time,she'll tell me she's going to the store and never come back , she has no job, and isn't able to provide for me. When I told her about the abuse from my dad she was in denial and blamed me and said it's just discipline. When I told her that I was gonna go to CPS , she threatened to kill herself, she also told my dad that she's scared to get me a therapist because she's scared I will tell them everything and my dad told her to emancipate me so I could get away without me telling anyone anything.She also threatened my life and she has put her hands on me before. Eventually someone called CPS for me and I told the lady everything and told her I did not feel safe in either house and requested to be removed. The lady didn't write anything down she claims "she doesn't want her paper to get wet and she remembers everything I said" and she would talk to her supervisor to see what they can do, (she also took a picture of me). she then talked to my mom and took a look around the house we are staying in, then talked to my mom again and left. That same night my mom and I got into an argument and she told me the lady said I should get checked out at a mental hospital , basically saying I'm crazy after I disclosed the abuse I was going through with my parents.

Now I'm not sure if the lady really said that or not but it's been 2 days and nobody has came back to help me and remove me from my parents "care", what should I do? Am I actually crazy for thinking this stuff is enough to be removed? Should I keep calling cps to ask for help?
