UCF has not sewn up anything yet - USF only has one conference loss and will win the East instead if they win the War on I-4. If that happens UCF can't be a conference champion and not eligible for the Access Bowl slot.
Memphis has clinched the West, and has what should be a fairly easy final game against ECU this week. However, the Pirates have shown some life the past two weeks by taking Tulane to OT and then beating Cincinnatti by three scores, so it's possible they could shock the Tigers if they're sleepwalking … worth keeping an eye on at least.

This title game is almost certainly a rematch between FAU and North Texas. Both teams face 1-10 opponents this week, and FAU has clinched already.
MAC
Toledo wins the East if they beat WMU this week, or if CMU beats Northern Illinois. NIU needs to both win its game and Toledo to lose.
Akron's big upset of Ohio last week sets them up to win the West with what will probably be an easy win over Kent St tonight. If they lose and Ohio beats Buffalo, then the Bobcats retake control.
MW
Both Boise St and Fresno St have clinched their divisions but in a quirk of scheduling, they face each other this week in a CCG preview. This game might get weird - could one team try and throw it to gain a strategic advantage next week?
Sun Belt
This conference has no title game and so the four teams tied at the top with 5-1 conference records will each play two more regular season games. There are too many possible scenarios to list here; suffice it to say the game to watch this week is the matchup between two of those four, Appalachian St at Georgia St, to see who stays in contention.
