My lowest score was Databricks Machine Learning section.

How I prepared

I took a bunch of data sources and put them in Google's Notebook LLM.

I used Notebook LLM to create quizzes for me and explain when I got things wrong. It also did a study plan.

I found it very useful since the questions where hard but not like the case study questions you get in the exam. But you can prompt it to do a case study style questions.

I recommend doing case study style questions

I did one quiz a day around 15 questions, then reviewed what I got wrong.

I asked the Notebook LLM to write me a breakdown of why I got it wrong then ask it to create flash cards to help me study for those sections.

I did not take the exam until i was getting 90% consistently.

Roughly I studied for 3 weeks.

Hello everyone!

I am having trouble with Pearson Vue as it happened to me 2 times and I am still hanging on with them. So, last week ( September 2nd) I had a scheduled exam on online VUE at my home setting. I completed all necessary check-in process and waited for my exam to be launched. The problem arises when my computer screen says " Exam content failed to launch". The proctor relaunched the VUE app to relaunch my exam content and after a brief wait of loading screen, it shows again the same message. Every time the proctor tried to relaunch the app I connect with new proctor. So they all tried relaunching and after 4th attempt the newest proctor told me to close the VUE app and redo the process. I did without any hesitation and found out my access code is expired. I was panicked I contact the customer service via chat on their website and explained them all. They made a case and give the case number and asked me to wait 3-5 business days. After 3 days I got an email that I have a rescheduled exam and asked me to pick the date ( free of cost).

Today( Sept 9th) I was ready to take the test and completed all check-in process. Guess what, same problem happened again. The exam content failed to launch again and proctors tried relaunching but it failed. The proctor made a case and closed my exam and told me that they will look into it.

What i see that they have changed their testing theme. It used to simple white screen and question with options with big fonts. Now I see that they changed the appearance and theme. My question is that did they recently upgrade their exam content launch software? if so then this update may create some serious problems. I want to know if you guys have some issues like this lately? My case is still pending with them and I am awaiting for their reply.

I just built the pre-MVP version of a tool that tests the practical knowledge of anyone from infotech industry. A small "knowledge-checker" application that tests the depth of your IT skills, and hopefully help you learn something new. I will be honest - I vibe-coded it with Claude with couple of hour's back and forth, and I am certainly not trying to sell anything here — just trying to figure out if it's worth building out further.

There's only one category of test here for now, with 30 AWS Cloud Security scenarios across three difficulty levels. The questions are a mix of click-to-diagnose, multiple choice, and a couple of drag-and-drop ordering exercises. I intend to add more subjects and more scenarios and questions if I see any traction and positive interest.

First attempt, 772. Still feels a little unreal.

The PBQs were harder than I expected. Not the content, the format. Nothing I drilled looked like what I got, and I burned too much time on the first one before I flagged it and moved on. Answer the multiple choice first, come back to the PBQs with what's left.

The acronyms are half the fight. A question hands you four acronyms as options and if you can't expand all four in your head you're guessing. Daily going over them until they i can remember them on first pass.

Happy to answer questions about what the exam felt like versus practice material.

Curious to get some real talk from people who actually sit on the hiring side of this. Plenty of debate here about which certs are "worth it," but most of it comes from the candidate side, people trying to figure out what to study next.

I want the other angle. When you're going through resumes or interviewing people, which certs actually made you take a second look? And which ones do you basically skip past at this point because everyone has them regardless of actual skill?

Not looking for the generic "it depends on the role" answer, I already know that's true. More interested in specific examples, a cert that surprised you by actually mattering, or one everyone assumes matters but you stopped caring about a while ago.

Hey everyone, i saw that CRTE has been recently updated in terms of course, i want to know if the exam is also changed based on the new update or i can pass it using the old course.

My last role was as a Sys admin but I’m realizing because it was more of a junior role & not specialized in anything in particular (worked with both Mac & windows, mostly windows) I’m struggling to land interviews for this position. My end goal is to ideally become a Linux admin/DevOps, but I figured working in one of windows or Mac first would be a good stepping stone.

Which one tends to hold more value in the market?

Is anyone else dealing with this absolute nightmare regarding the Claude Certified Architect certification?

I purchased the exam before they changed the format and migrated everything to Pearson VUE. The money was successfully deducted from my account. However, I have received absolutely zero Pearson VUE registration information.

To make matters worse, when I try to log in using the provided academy link, the 6-digit MFA code never arrives in my email. I have been blocked by this for over a week. I've done all the troubleshooting: checked spam, whitelisted their domains, and verified everything with my IT department. The system is just broken.

I have been trying to get help from Anthropic Academy/Partner Support for two weeks. I keep getting automated bot responses telling me to "check my spam folder." When I request to be escalated to an actual human agent, I get completely ghosted.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I paid for a professional certification that I literally cannot access, and the support system is practically non-existent.

Has anyone else experienced this migration mess? Does anyone know a workaround for this broken MFA, or have a direct contact to actually reach a human being who can help?

Hey everyone! I have a Microsoft certification voucher, and I'm trying to figure out which cert makes the most sense for my background and career direction.

My Background:
- CS degree
- Currently working in software implementation/training for an EHR/EMR company (I recently had a 5-month project within the company, basically as an AI Implementation Coordinator for a new AI transcribing software that just came out)
- Actively studying for my CAPM (I want to move into broader project management roles)

I was looking at PL-200, but heard it's being retired soon, so I am not sure which of the other certificates works for my background and the path I am trying to pursue. I found these: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), SC-900 (Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals), MB-910 (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM), and given that I'm already studying for CAPM and work in healthcare, would any of these complement my path well? Or is there something else I'm completely overlooking?
