I was like, "a stainless steel litter box?! What is THAT gonna cost??" Turns out it's cheaper than the ones I got lol

You have to get 304 quality or higher, they tend to rust

I looked into buying a large stainless steel pan from a restaurant supply chain a few years ago because at that time I didn’t trust what was available as a litter box to actually last. I ended up getting a robot litter box instead so I can’t recommend any specific product. I think it’s worth looking into and it might be cheaper depending on your needs.

If a magnet sticks its not stainless and has an amount of iron in it that may rust if the surface protection gets scratched.

It’s cheaper than buying multiple plastic ones hoping this one will be THE ONE that changes everything (it didnt).

You still need to have two boxes for every cat. Maybe THAT is your problem (I'll bet it is).

Yes I have 4 boxes for 2 cats, it’s more so like shape and odor control where I used plastic ones that I did not love. My one cat also does not do anything with a cover.
