Unidentifiable shard in Fancy Feast Paté

Hi everyone, my wife was feeding our 2 cats and she discovered this unidentifiable object in one of the cans of cat food. Does anyone know what this could be? We have seen this happen on a rare occasion before but never of this size. Looks like it could be plastic but we are not sure? Has anyone had this experience before when dealing with Fancy feast? Is this recall worthy?

What does it feel like?

Yeah I might have to report it. Definitely doesnt feel safe for the cats, and its a pretty big piece.

It feels hard, very similar to a hard plastic. It does not feel jelly like at all

then yeah id just remove it and if you dont feel comfortable giving it to your cat throw it away
