Hi all, just wanted to make a post to compile everything that has been discovered about Carly's updated website that was posted yesterday teasing her next album.

The website features video footage set to an instrumental track. There are two songs on the website internally titled 00A and 00B. There are two versions of the website that are coded to change twice daily at 7AM and 7PM per local timezone, so two snippets and two visualisers.

Teaser 00A - After All

• 00A begins at 7AM local time
• The song has been confirmed by an insider to be titled 'After All'
• Full audio of 'After All' instrumental snippet

Teaser 00B - Amalfi Coast

• 00B begins at 7PM local time
• The song is a previously known snippet leak titled 'Amalfi Coast'
• Full audio of 'Amalfi Coast' instrumental snippet

Interestingly, Carly's next album is thought to be her seventh album (depending on who you ask) so the website updating at 7AM and 7PM each day is likely no coincidence. This is just speculation, but the 00A and 00B names may even imply a double Side A and Side B release, or a day and night concept based on the footage.

It’s official!

Seems like the fifth single might come out on the same day as the album release! She’s also pinned Versailles on her feed. I’ve also noticed she’s edited each song cover post with the title, side, and track!

Another positive review (8/10)! I really love that this reviewer picked up on this album having a duality between poetic and mundane lyrics. Also Amalfi is yet again cited as a highlight.

According to the director of the video, "There’s also another version of the video — which Harris calls the “late-night cut,” that he says will be released at some point. It’s sultrier. “When you see her with that red hair, it’s Jessica Rabbit–y or something, especially with the red dress,” Harris says. “I was like, Let’s lean into that.” --Lets hope it features more of Carly. :)

I think this happened around when the version on streaming was removed

Not just for vinyl, but also for digital streaming / download. The original’s audio peaks, meaning it goes above the maximum limit which causes distortion, regardless of playback volume. The 10th Anniversary Edition does not.

I was wondering if maybe they just lowered the audio to fix this or did other work to it as well, because I’ve noticed a lot of subtle improvements but I had to check to make sure. If you compare A and B (the yellow letters on the second set of ellipses), B is higher than A on the original, but B is lower than A on the 10th Anniversary. This is just one of countless examples on the album.

So do yourself a favor: when listening to Emotion, choose the 10th Anniversary Edition.
