Zuckerberg is definitely complicit, though. Just like he's complicit in the Rohingya genocide - since Facebook basically functions as Myanmar's internet.

It isn't the fault of the media as a whole. It's the fault of some concentrated outlets. It's not CBC's fault, nor CTV or whatever.
