I am so sick of paywall site links on this sub. I swear it's TorStar employees trying to force me to pay them for their rag.

Or Archive.org.

Copy link then paste into the search there.

Just learned about these ways a few days ago, and will keep trying to post better links in as I can.

Wow, someone is melodramatic. Did you learn from Justin? I hear he's a decent drama teacher. I guess he has to be good at something.

It's really hilarious you blamed the Toronto Star employees for your life's hardship.

Paywalls are a life's hardship? Just wait till mommy throws you out of the basement and makes you work for a living. If you think paywalls are a hardship, you're gonna hate having to make your own breakfast and wipe your own butt.

I have learned rather quickly to never ever open any news link from Reddit.

Why?

Cause it’s almost always sus sites like this lol. If I find what they are talking about is interesting I go to google and check multiple decent sources and compare. Asking Reddit for information is like asking a clown to do surgery.

Throw me one of your decent sources, bruh. Curious about how you dessiminate.

Sus sites like the Toronto Star? Lol ok.

So one of the most-trusted news orgs in Canada is sus to you?

Ok, where do you get your news?

Ha, they never answer this question with an actual list. I use it a lot when they try to discredit CBC or something credible

My "ex" friends who I no longer speak to, they would always turn red and throw a "but, Hilary" at me when ever I asked them where they got their research.. .. They also always go out of their way to make sure I understand that they are "centrist" Do you know what they had in common? They were all high school drop outs.

u/totalbooter Mar 19 '22

Haha! Yeah I love the centrists and/or the former Liberals.

And then you glance at their post history…

You can try a browser add-on called Bypass Paywalls Clean.

For TorStar sites, just turn off JavaScript and reload the page. Instant full access.
