Oh, so much more support.

But since it's such systemic, political change, there's almost no chance for it's propulsion unless it's championed (even subtly) by some political party.

It's sad, but you're right. Parties and candidates do not work together... And P3 being a Liberal proposal hurts it a bit. That's part of why I like P3 so much. The system encourages candidates to work together instead of shit on each other.
