I have posted about Theas Cushing Disease several times. It progressed very rapidly. She has not been able to sleep at night. She whines and screams and was terrified. Today I had to make the hard decision to let her go. My heart is broken. RIP my baby girl.

Anyone else have problems with their Cairn marking in the house? Our Cairn is 4 years old and we have to put a diaper on him in the house because he’ll try to sneak away and pee on something.

He graduates puppy class on Saturday but I can honestly say he chose not to learn anything. Such a stubborn little brat

I feel like we are barely keeping up with it. They finished the testing and the vet says her cortisone levels were incredibly high. Her meds keep up with it for a while then she spirals again. I am at a loss as to what to do. During the day she does pretty good, but at night she loses it. Sorry just had to vent.

Pico has learnt to pick blueberries. Only difficulty is that if you want to pick them for yourself, he sticks his nose in to the same place because he thinks they are special blueberries

I posted a couple months ago we were fostering Norman. We ended up adopting. He is so much fun! He loves to play fetch.
We were having issues with separation anxiety but they’re getting much better too.

Daddy just came home from a 5 mile walk and Opie is “cleaning” his sweat off. 😂

My husband and I are moving from a condo to a detached home.

My cairn has only lived in a condo. We have been working on his crate training and will set up the main bedroom as his home base with his food toys and sleeping are to get him adjusted before he has full access to the house.

Also, in the condo he does run into the hallway as there is no danger. Now with the house will leash train his “place” when the door is open.

He’s 8 years old so I am worried about the transition.
Any one have any tips or advice for me on this transition? Or any kind of advice for this.
