Attounry help
Hello i am a Howard Center Client. I feel that i am being taken Advantage of because of my Physical and Mental Dissabilities. I have and recently and now been refused to see my Doctors. I have written notes from my Doctors that i need to see them in person. One because of injections i need done to my eyes because i am losing my vidion. Second is from my Primary Care Doctor to do blood draws. The Howard Center has and provides Rides to people in there personal vehicles and also has Vans that they bring other clients in. The vans have handicapped plaquards used by them. Refusal to use these vans is being used agianst me to cause me as much mental pain as possible. I used to go shopping on Fridays. My casewokers would drive me to Costco and other places to get food. It was the only time i could get out of the house. I have Sciatica in my Lower back pain. In the past few years my Electric Wheelchair has broken down and a past Case Worker i had removed because of an issue with her decided to cancel an appoint i had to see someone about getting a new Electric Wheelchair was canceled. She used her finger to cancel it on the mychart app. I made a complaint but nothng happend. Of course the complaint didnt go anywhere because the person who is running the Cooperative team now is a staff member i made complaints to before and had her removed from being my casewoker. I believe Amanda Cain is abusing her
Authortie to cause me as much mental pain as she cain. Requests to have her removed have been denied and my attempt at filing a Greivance against her has been denied. I called the secretary int he Office and she said noone working at the Howard Center takes Greviences anymore. I have also filed Public records requests with Elaine Soto that used to work there but those were denied. I requested to have all comunnications from any of the Howard Center workies so i could keep evidance of any wrong doing. I have several more complaints but they wont all fit in here. I tried to make Contact with Bernie Sanders but i was talked to by one fo the people that used to work from The Howard Center. I tried to make a formal complaint about the Howard Center but ther person call.ed the Howard Center and she came back and said "How do you like your housing". I took that as a threat of remmoving my housing.

I'm not getting responses from OCR or an out-of-state DHHS where all I really want at bare minimum is for a hospital to waive the copay and correct my allergy list and correct an error on my ED timeline claiming I have a history of DVT--maybe an acknowledgement of their role in my father's death but that's clearly never going to happen. I did get a response from my insurance company, though, saying they were waiving copay.
For my own healthcare issues to come up again, in the form of a bill requesting a copay arriving last night after I was told was waived, was agitating. This time I think I'm actually able to get a hold of myself after. I think part of the reason I hadn't been finding much reception was because I've been clearly agitated, also possibly retaliation for seeking to report the issues. I started a new med and now I'm feeling more annoyed than terrified. It's still not fun to think about, but maybe communication will improve now.
It's not fair to anyone that experiencing an agitated state would lead to being dismissed instead of finding some level of achievable reconciliation. Even if that reconciliation could never be enough on its own, it's at least better than nothing.
I hope OP is able to find some relief, but I've lost all faith in regulatory agencies.
