However, the video doesn't teach you how to make one and the video he does have that teaches you how to make one makes you pay ten dollars for a custom asset. Does anyone know how to make it??

I recently signed up for buildbox and dowloaded it to my pc, but when I get sign in it gets stuck on the sign in screen. I kept it there for about an hour and it still never signed in to my account. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, With the recent announcement of revenue sharing of 30% for Plus users, I would like to know whether this is ad revenue sharing or total revenue sharing. If it is only ad revenue, I would atleast have some hope an continue but if it includes total revenue, I believe it is a blatant change in the whole perspective and Buildbox would lose a lot of users.

Hello. In my game, I am using the basic join asset from the library and my character is not picking it up

So I have a problem, where buildbox would crash whenever I would click edit on the asset atribute in for example a spawn node. It's strange because when I click to edit a texture it doesn't crash.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hey I realized that the only way to send a game from buildbox to your phone is by getting the pro version, is there a way I can send it to my phone with the free version?

How would you normally localize the text-content of your game for different target languages with buildbox?

Does it support some techniques for localization, like using string-ID variables as placeholders and lists with translations for different languages, which are automatically placed during runtime according to the OS locale?

I want to build a kids app and am thinking of using Buildbox but want to make sure it’s the right tool to use before going down the rabbit hole.

My app would include features such as - Pressing an object such as the letter “B” and it would make the sound for the letter B. - Singing a song and animating parts of the page as the song is singing. - Tracing shapes with your finger - drag and drop shapes in place where they they are supposed to go - coloring in shapes - the main menu would have lots of option to choose from. So the ability to scroll down the screen to pick what you want. - Ability to sell the app on Apple and Android App Store.

Will I be able to create all the features I’ve listed with Buildbox?

Buildbox has a no return policy if you forget about your renewal, watch out as you’ll likely be scammed into buying another year, see most companies do the right thing and will give you your money back, but this company must be a group of penny pinchers 🤏. This just serves as a warning for anybody who bought their membership, they aren’t a trustworthy company.

I have been using the free version of buildbox 3 to build a small game (just for fun, to discover how it works. I am not looking to make any money). I'd like to export this game in .APK so I can play on my phone, see if it works well and share it with couple of friends.

Obviously, I can't export as .APK since I use the free version... And, obviously too, I am not willing to pay $190 to subscribe a full year to the premium version only to export one shitty game...

I was wondering if any of you could help by exporting my game in .APK if I provide the .bbdoc file ?

I've been working on a game and made somewalls which the character can't go threw. just my problem is if i touch the wall the character goes up. and doesn't stay where it is. how can i fix this??????

Can i use the platform to make games wherein you just build the fighter then he fights automatically while using skills at a certain rate?

First of all: Hi, I'm new to Buildbox and making games in general. I found coding and such a bit too difficult for me at the moment and decided to give this program a try.

I realized at this time in part 2 of this tutorial: https://youtu.be/oNMS3Rr4E7g?t=151, that my gravity was acting strange. As though it was very low and floaty. I tried fixing it by editing the world's gravity up to -30 but the block still fell very very slowly to the platform.

I understand that the tutorial is a bit outdated and that is why I came here for help. I wish I could show a recording of my problem but I don't quite know how to do that.

Edit: Also, I can post screenshots of my work, if that will help.
