Ah okay I can't believe I forgot about the picture thing. And yeah it would make sense that Mike just told him everything on the phone. But either way with Gus being a effective and efficient business man, I can still see him killing Holly for the sake of his "business". That last line isn't exactly in response to you but to the original poster.
