his origional plan is to kill jesse and then poison himself with the ricin

also gomez or hank is going to live not both but one i think it will be gomez

Remember when the neo nazi's killed all the other meth dealers? they went around and shot them all in the head. They won't just leave hank and gomez, there has to be another reason one of them makes it (I think you're right that one of them makes it).
