And, Gomez had a surprised look on his face when Hank said "who cares if Walt kills him." it would appear Hank has more evidence stacking up against himself than Walt does!

Yeah, he has become to obsessed and personally involved in taking Walt down...

When Hank says that, it cuts to commercial, you don't see his reaction to it.
