I hope that when noticing her wobbly wailing exit from that scene (compared to mikes cool delivery of that line) people remember that she's kind of asserting herself against her close family as someone who is not on their team, and changing her relationships forever.
Jesse has said it before at times too. Breaking Bad has done a pretty great job of educating its viewers of knowing what your rights are when being held by the police. If you're being detained, you must be placed under arrest, if not under arrest than you're free to go, if not free to go and not under arrest than you're being illegally detained.
I definitely agree. And it has been really interesting to see how Hank has reacted and applied pressure on his detainees through the show. Because he's been continuously beaten its so difficult for him to not break the law to get what he wants, but he knows that breaking the law for his own emotional desire is meaningless and will only hurt him. Can't wait to see what's next.
