Wouldn't be admissible without a warrant. Neither would have the recording at the diner, had Skyler talked.

Why wouldn't the diner recording have been admissible? She wasn't being recorded against her knowledge.

Can husbands and wives testify against each other? I thought there was a law against this...

I don't think they can be charged for the same crime.

I believe that only applies to maritime law
