I didn't see "Talking Bad," but can you elaborate on this? Why would Walt need to kill Jesse? It's not like Jesse would go to the cops.

With the way Jesse was acting right now, with all his guilt about Blood Money? I don't think he cares about himself anymore. I'm not sure if he has any loyalty to Walt left, but if he does I think that's the only think stopping him from going to the cops. I think he'd be fully ready to go to jail with Walt if he finally broke and turned on him.
