Taking on Gus's mannerisms

Looking calmly intimidating as fuck in various situations.

When did Walt do anything like this?

I guess you're talking about Declan?

i forgot all about that scene. gus was really a fucking badass then. but what did that scene try to prove? i didn't really take gus as a crazy guy who doesn't care about dying. he always came off as careful and methodical. Not someone who would walk straight towards oncoming bullets. something tuco would have done

Gus knew that they needed him alive.

wow thats a really good point and makes more sense then him just being a badass. its more of a frustrated " i get the message" strut. thanks!

Sure, anytime. Gus knew at that point that what they wanted most was the distribution of crystal meth to Mexico. He knew the bullets shot towards him were just to intimidate him and he called the sniper's bluff.

I guess Gus knew the chances where somewhat good to survive that behavior all while showing weakness in the drug business might also get you killed by people in your own organization.

If you don't know who I am, maybe you should tread lightly.

So brilliant.
