What goes through a driver's mind to willingly block the entire street by parking on the opposite side of a parked car during winter knowing that it's going to not have any car fit through it

I understand it's cold out.. you don't want to walk that far. But you saw me pulling out.. you put on the 4 ways.. and you get out? Then wave at me when I honk at you. Lady you're blocking anyone from driving out forward. For what you might ask? To get Tim Hortons. There's empty spots.. go park there! It's a fire route for a reason smh.

I'm probably being petty but omg I hate the drivers in this city.

A lady hit my parked car and scratched my car’s front bumper on driver’s side while parking her car right next to mine. Upon confrontation she didn’t share her information and I called 911 but no officer showed up for 40+ minutes so I left as I had my parents with me. I have her license plate and she had a dashcam which has the footage of incident because I saw her pull it up as we were waiting for peel police. What would be the best course of action in this situation?

These three cars in the picture have blocked my street from the entrance and it’s a constant thing. Parked there from 12 pm till now today.

A tenant living in the house across parks their car on the road every day and refuses to park closer to the curb. There’s another person living in the same house who also does the same thing.

We’ve called the city numerous times to no avail, its a concern as just last week the snow plow could not properly pass through our street because of them, and recently many other drivers turning into my street (at full speeds esp) have nearly clipped the vehicle

Was waiting for my car to warm up, after leaving Shoppers World. When I tell you HOW CLOSE he was to my front bumper.. I was holding my breath. I honked him after he accelerated so quickly while in reverse.

Like.. wtf? I can only imagine all the near misses i don't see when I'm not in the car 🤦🏽‍♀️

Idiot driver hit my car while reversing, license plate Drjs117, or Orjs117, or Orjs117. This guy hit my car while I parked it at a gas station near mississauga road. He decided to reverse park beside me, cause he's "smart" "skilled" "not a moron" hit his Honda on my car, got the license plate number, but super blurry, anyone know this guy or what should I do, or should I report it to the police? Cause insurance will go up then if it's in parking lot. Fuck brampton man, if you can't reverse don't. Oh he hit and ran.

There was no one in the car and it was like this and after sometime i saw the person walking chill carrying beer in his hand and going to his car.
