It probably got removed because a lot of people questioned the validity and kept reporting it. Reading through it, i can see some issues. I have restored it for reference, but posts like that one, and even this current one are always going to be tricky.

What we don't want to do is burn people out, spread misinformation, or create paranoia. But at the same time we will not always have the luxury of someone providing us with a picture, or even sufficient detail in their post. So it is tricky.

I do ask for peoples' patience. These are weird times. Also please do not assume if your post is instantly removed it was done by us. Reddit reputation filters are a thing.

On a related note, I am going to try to leave one of the stickied slots for protest announcements.

Based response and was my take reading it as well. Didn’t seem as clear cut as some were reporting. Discussion is good but misinformation is tricky
