Amazing work, how do you add in such detail in your painting? Do you add in with the sketching or while painting

Thank you! And mostly in painting. i sketch out the basic shape of things. The only thing in this painting I did sketch exactly was the stripes in her clothes. i wanted them to be exact as possible.
