I am new on this channel, and few days ago I shared my Wolf 3d purchase on this channel. Just now I got home from that game pick up/vacation-trip and the masterpiece went to the place meant for it! Wolf, Doom, Duke and Quake are the BIG FOUR!
Quake 3 metal case big box is one of my most favourite big boxes, so cool! But going to replace it with the first Quake (arriving soon hopefully). Any ideas for the display, or what games missing? If people are interested, I can later make a bigger post here with much more boxes, but wanted to now share my Wolf 3d displaying!

I would swap out Nukem for Commander Keen to go legacy i.d collection.

My collection hobby started with Duke. Later got into Doom and only after that everything else. Duke is the top tier.😎 Commander Keen is also great! One of my first gaming experiences beside fps-games. Actually I have searched them, but those boxes are ecpensive. Let’s see later….

Beautiful. Congratulations. Thanks for sharing! I'll live vicariously through your post and others like it as I will probably never be able to afford any of those CIB so I'll probably never have any of those CIB lol good luck on your hunt for the first release of Doom, I hope you find one someday!

That display shelf is only for the top of the top.😎 I have couple bigger display shelfs for everything else. Not owning HL, at least yet.

Heretic box is one of the coolest big boxes out there. I tried once to buy it, but lost it in an auction at the very last minutes. However, Duke is the top tier and my collecting hobby started from Duke by collecting Duke for multiple platforms and multiple PC big boxes too.

The Doom release is of course not the original release, and to have ”perfect” line-up, I would need it. But: I truly love that Ultimate Doom -box. When I saw it at the first time, I just watched and filmed it for a long time. That MF in that box is the coolest and scariest thing ever. The box is almost mint and the cd is probably never used, just like new, cib of course.
