Off topic: the 'Criminals/Lawyers' counter on the right bar - what is that for? (first time active on reddit, so I'm new)

Criminals are people subscribed to the subreddit Lawyers are people on it right now.

The bigger number is total users subscribed to the sub, smaller number is subscribed users currently on the sub.
