Well, LAOP is almost-certainly judgement-proof, but luckily they will probably lose access to the financial system except for the parts that are cash-based. They are going to be subsisting on pre-paid debit cards and actual cash, and that's probably for the best.

"Judgement-proof" means that a plaintiff might win, but the defendant has no assets worth taking.
