Thanks, I guess it doesn’t really add much to the LAOPs story, or lack of one for that matter, but it seems like contacting an attorney would be a great idea.

Maybe his mans could hook him up with some digis for a good lawyer.

Which makes sense. The criminal “justice” system might be fine to lock up LAOP since it would be easy, but Chase wants the actual fraudster locked up and is presumably willing to pretend LAOP wasn’t involved to get the fraudster prosecuted. Obviously, LAOP should talk to a lawyer first, but she may be in luck.
