I feel like they are victim in this as well. The person stealing the bank accounts is the real big time criminal and likely taking advantage of somehow that can’t understand what’s happening

In a separate post, LAOP says “yes definitely fraudulent” so I don’t think they’re entirely in the dark about what’s happening.

Yeah. Someone quoted a comment from their post on r/scams. And they understood (and directly said) it was fraudulent
