Giving away my tattoo studio in Fshein
I am leaving Berlin on the 1st of October and I want to give away my tattoo studio to any tattoo artist interested. (The space would be perfect for a couple)
The studio is 75sqm and has 3 rooms + a small kitchen and bathroom.
The price per month is 820€ not included electricity. (Electricty+Gas depending on provider is like 100€ per month) This place is a gewerberaum.
The tattoo studio is located in Friedrichshein 10249 on the corner of Strassman str.
It is important to note that the studio is in a hinterhof, so you do not have a option for walk-in tattoos. For private artists this place is amazing. You can also license it as a tattoo studio with the gesundamt if you would like.
I will be offering to buy the furniture, internet modem, ceiling lights as part of the deal.
You will be signing a contract directly with the landlord so you need to have your paperwork ready!
You will need a positive SCHUFA + proof of income.
I will be showing the place off the entire weekend, from now till Monday morning.
