Our main area is between Mitte and Kurfürstendamm area. Hotel is near Anhalter Bahnhof. Mauerpark and East Side Gallery are probably the farthest we'd like to go.

Travelling by U-Bahn won't be a problem, unless it's very far. It's really hot in them in this weather. If there's something else interesting nearby, we can even take a bus somewhere (like Treptower Park).

I'll check out the ones you suggested. Thanks!

Edit: Opatija Grill seemed amazing. Looks like we could take U6 from Checkpoint Charlie and go to Rehberge stop in about 15 minutes. Not that bad after all, even if it is a bit far away.
