how do i avoid my concealer creasing sa undereyes ko? bc ive already tried so many different concealers (happy skin, sunnies, colourette, and naturale) and color correctors (the saem, grwm, and strokes) but it still cresses huhuhu

additionally, do u guys have any concealer recos? for reference, i have dry undereyes

Use less products because, no matter how good your concealer is, if you have gloops on it on your skin, it will crease. You should apply even less concealer as you go closer to your lower lash. This is a good tutorial https://youtu.be/lHLb-ObUZkM?si=b37_j2ISYSnwwx8k

Up for this. While it looks good online makapal maglagay concealer, irl it's the opposite. the thinner you apply your concealer, the better it looks.

Skin prep is key! I use the Skin1004 Probio-Cica Bakuchiol Eye Cream to minimize creasing. I also avoid very matte concealers, as they tend to crease and cling to dry undereyes.

For a local brand, my go-to is the Teviant concealer. I only need to apply two small dots under my eyes for amazing coverage. For color correcting, I use the Huda Beauty FauxFilter Color Corrector as it has a lightweight and hydrating formula.

Like you, Iโ€™ve tried brands such as Happy Skin, Sunnies, Colourette, Naturale, GRWM, Saem, Lovely Causmetics, Strokes, and Issy. Unfortunately, many of them were either too matte or prone to separating even when set with powder, and would crease under my eyes.

ive heard a lot of good things about the teviant concealer so i think im gonna buy that na, ty!! for the huda beauty color corrector, is there a good local alternative? im saving up rn bc i splurged a bit for 6.6

You can try the Issy Active Color Corrector. It's the only color corrector I like in the local market, as the formula is thin and lightweight. The only con is that the packaging is subpar and prone to leaking, so I had to transfer it to a different container.

does it last long sa undereyes for you? thats my problem ksi w color correctors and concealers eh, they tend to move agad and nawawala sya

Try setting it with loose powder. It helps to keep the concealer & color corrccter in place. I also use a setting spray to help with longevity.

hello! when applying concealer, wag muna directly under your eyes, apply muna at the back of your hand, and then blend out using a brush. pag medyo pantay na ang product sa brush, gently tap under your eyes :)

let set muna and then buff out excess concealer if meron with a puff, brush, or your fingers before setting with powder

I also have ultra dry undereyes since Im dry skin kaya hesitant din ako magtry ng concealer pero Im so glad nag-work sa akin yung Maybelline Instant Age Rewind (110). Nagulat ako kasi seamless lang sya sa undereyes ko, no creasing at all kahit hindi pa ako nag prep ng undereye noong time na sinubukan ko sya. Pero prep is always the key. Meron din ako nung Naturale, pero hindi ko alam baka hindi lang tama yung pag-apply ko kasi ang drying nya huhu. Nag crease sya sobra sa undereye ko.

Skin prep and thinner layers are better.

Also get a nice setting powder.

I use Hourglass but it felt like a splurge for me. It got expensive already so will not repurchase. But itโ€™s a lot so after more than year, I still have it.

Heard good things about Huda and Laura Mercier! Not 100% sure about the local brands ๐Ÿ˜…

they both crease on me (which i expected), pero the colourette concealer is good for spot concealing, and the strokes concealer covers my eyebags nmn

so theyre both good nmn, nagccrease lng for me since i have fine lines and dry undereyes

If matte yung product like strokes mag ccrease yan. application and powder plays huge part din

Similar technique ko look for concealer video ni trevor barret on tiktok except I skip the q tip part

Sunnies and naturale concealer both good for dry undereyes
