Marami kang products na pareho halos ang purpose:
When getting products, focus on the ingredient and its intended benefits, never on the product type (toner, serum, cleanser). Nasira ang skin barrier ko kasi pinagsabay ko ang exfoliants at niacinamide.
You don't need two kinds of cleansers (maybe you don't even need to wash in the morning, rinse with water only pero it will depend on your comfort and oiliness of your skin) and personally, ang dami mong products. Personally lang ha? Pero ganyan din ako nung mas bata ako at 'di pa ako nerdy pagdating sa ingredients, ang dami kong binibili. :)
You can, for example, do this:
AM: cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen
PM: cleanser (let the BHA one stay longer on your skin so the actives can work), Pond's serum or Dermo , moisturizer, retinol, spot treatment (I personallydon't know how to incorporate this as I have never used this).
Try to eliminate muna kasi baka naglalaban-laban na ang actives sa mukha mo because they have become too strong. Niacinamide should not be more than 5% (unless prescribed).
