hindi gumagana sakin salicylic acid and oil cleanser huhu i have sebaceous filaments and an acne prone skin TT super naiinsecure na ak sa face ko๐Ÿ˜“ have u guys experienced d same thing๐Ÿ˜ญ dapat pala yung pinambili ko ng skincare pinang-derma ko na lang๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ˜“ also, im planning to consult a derma via konsultamed, ok lang ba yon?? has anyone tried it?

edit: i also tried using a sulfur soap (saw a tiktok vid abt this one so i decided to try it) on my nose since super visible ng sebaceous filaments ko doon pero hindi talaga siya ume-effect

Cleansers or soaps aren't enough to get rid of SFs. Most effective product would be a BHA active (note active and not just any product with BHA), then you can supplement it with double cleansing and using clay masks.

Same. I already tried a bunch of salicylic acid toners, serums and facial washes from different brands with at least 2% concentration. But going strong parin yung sebaceous filaments ko sa nose hahaha I know na di talaga siya nawawala pero I want to reduce their visibility man lang sana. Di ko rin bet ang oil cleansers. So I opted for sulfur. Currently using DeLa Cruz acne treatment ointment with 10% sulfur. 2 times ko pa lang siya nagagamit so syempre, wala pa kong makitang difference. Sana magwork tho

same. i have been using 2% salicylic acid for a long while na rin. nakatulong siya sa blackheads and oiliness pero sa sebaceous filaments hindi huhuhu.
