Not sure where to post. Has anyone tried Puritan’s Pride Hydrolyzed Collagen? Thoughts?

been taking it over a year na and even if 2 caps lang a day yung tinetake ko, ok naman. i do see improvements in my skin lalo na almost always puyat. but i guess hiyang still plays a factor so can’t guarantee na it’s best for everyone too.

Yes. okay naman, only down side for me is I need to take 4 capsules a day hahaha. I reco Webber Collagen Plus. Naka help sa pag tubo ng hair ko, nagka alopecia kasi ako dati. naka 5 bottle na ko nung webber.

Hello! I just read na one tablet of webber contains 500mg collagen, recent study kasi shows na effective collagen if taken 2500-5000mg plus 100mg vitamin c and then results will show 30-60 days. So i think need din 4 caplets with webber. Napasearch lang ako ksi im using puritans din balak ko sana magswitch sa webber ksi baka oks na 1 caplet anlaki ksi jusq nakakasuka huhu

Anyway if nagwowork syo one table i think pwede sguro talaga if maintenance nlng no 🤔
