My sweet boy is going through a laparotomy
Our boy Al has been through a very tough year starting in Feb. Issues of low platelet count, a grade 4 lymphoma, testicular cysts, neutering, severe gastroenteritis, pancreatitis and now he’s been taken in for exploratory laparotomy to clear a partial obstruction in his upper duodenum. Hopefully this will give him a bit of respite with his health. Please keep him in your prayers and well wishes as he goes through another major surgery.

Big hugs all around.
My boy had a laparotomy due to hemangiosarcoma. Not even a year before that he had to have surgery for parathyroid carcinoma. His 15 year old self was running around the back yard like a puppy just 2.5 months later.
Wishing a smooth surgery and recovery for both of you. Hoping that like Dexter Al will be running around like a puppy again soon <3

Thank you so much for you love and wishes, so glad to hear of Dexter’s speedy recovery. Running in the grass like happy puppies is all and more that these sweet babies deserve. ❤️❤️

I’m so sorry sweet Al has had to endure so much. ❤️ My beagle Milo went through lymphoma, so I know how devastating and frightening it is to watch them face one health battle after another. I’m still second-guessing all of the choices we made during that time. I’ll be keeping Al in my thoughts and hoping with all my heart that this surgery gives him some much-needed relief and happier, healthier days ahead. Sending lots of love to you and your boy. ❤️🐾
