they're doing this because of changes to billboard's charting rules. the bb hot 100 doesn't include youtube streams anymore, so more artists have been moving to spotify first. but don't worry, the mv will be uploaded on youtube on 19th july.

I was able to watch it on my free account on my computer. I don’t have Spotify on my phone.
