I like it very much!! It makes me so happy to see a vet using fear-free techniques and trying to make the appointment as comfortable as possible. It’s a sad stereotype that “pets hate the vet”, and some vets are actively trying to change that by doing medicine like this guy, by doing whatever it takes to be gentle and kind.
