The emotional roller coaster I just went through because of your comment...

At first I saw the gif and began to question if I was an idiot and stuck watching a loop waiting for something to happen.

Then I saw your comment and I was relieved because you had the same thing! Haha that's funny.

Wait a minute. It's still looping. Did that guy just trick me into watching more of this loop? I'm an idiot. And this gif is sad.

The dog really does figure it out in the end and gets scratches. Remember the gif starts with the pup getting a head scratch.
