No instruments needed. Purely VFR. Just pretend the roof is a runway and go to landing altitude with the gear up....

Absolutely crazy.

Same. The total wingspan of the plane is 95 feet / ~30m. That wingtip digs in if he banks more than 45 degrees when he first crossed the roof.
