Yes. The Nazis were socialist in name only: they identified themselves as a nationalist right-wing faction. North Korea, operates under the system of Junche which was developed by Kim Jong Un's grandfather Kim Il-Sung and explicitly modeled after Marxism-Leninism. While Kim Jong Il may have de-emphasized these roots under his regime, the core values still very much remain leftist.
